Gravity Junky Skydive T10B Training Course Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility:

Participants must be at least 16 years old and in good health, without any medical conditions that may pose a risk during the T10B Training course.

2. Course Registration:

Registration is complete only upon submission of the registration form and payment of the required fees. Course dates are subject to availability and may be rescheduled in case of unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment:

Partial or full course fees must be paid before the course start date. Fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the course is canceled by the organizer.

4. Health and Safety:

Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to skydive. The instructors reserve the right to deny participation to individuals deemed unfit for the course due to health reasons.

5. Conduct:

Participants must follow all instructions provided by the instructors and adhere to safety guidelines. Any participant displaying disruptive or unsafe behavior may be disqualified from the course without a refund.

6. Safety Equipment:

Participants are required to use the provided safety equipment and gear during the course. Participants must follow proper usage instructions and report any equipment issues immediately.

7. Photography and Filming:

Gravity Junky Skydive may capture photos or videos during the course for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must inform the instructors in advance.

8. Liability Waiver:

Participants are required to sign a liability waiver before participating in the course, acknowledging the inherent risks of skydiving. The organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the course.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Gravity Junky Skydive reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
