Terms and Conditions
1. Requirements:
• License: Participants must have at least a current and valid B-license (USPA or
equivalent from a recognized skydiving association or federation).
• Jump Experience: A minimum of 100 logged jumps is required.
• Equipment: Participants must bring their own rig and equipment during the event, as
rentals will not be available.
• Reserve Repack: The reserve parachute must be repacked and inspected by a certified
rigger within the 180 days prior to the event. The original relevant document must be
available for inspection during the briefing meeting.
• Automatic Activation Device (AAD): Each rig must be equipped with a functional and
valid AAD.
• Equipment Inspection: All rigs will be inspected during the briefing meeting.
• Liability Insurance: Participants must have active and valid international third-party
liability insurance.
• Documentation: During registration, participants must submit scanned copies of the
Passport, Skydiving License, Logbook (indicating recent jumps) and Insurance
Certificate. Participants must also present the original documents for inspection at the
briefing meeting.
• Age: The minimum age for tandem jumps is 18 years.
• Weight: The maximum weight limit for tandem jumps is 225 lbs (100 kg).
2. Photography and Videography:
Gravity Junky Skydive may take photographs, videos, or other media during the event for
promotional purposes. By participating, you grant Gravity Junky Skydive the right to use your
images without restrictions.
3. Data Usage:
Participant identification and documentation will be used for administrative purposes in
accordance with Gravity Junky Skydive's confidentiality policy.
4. Children Companion Policy:
• Children under 3 years old can attend free of charge (no separate seat assigned for
these children in any provided transportation).
• Children aged 3 to under 12 years will be charged only 50% of the adult companion cost
(a separate seat will be assigned for these children in any provided transportation).

5. Payment Terms:
To secure and confirm your slot, payments can be made in up to three installments as detailed
below. Each payment must be accompanied by proof of payment (e.g., bank transfer receipt)
and should be made in USD. Bank details for the transfer will be provided after you complete
your registration. Please note that participants are responsible for any bank charges or transfer
fees.
Important: Any delay in this payment schedule could result in the loss of your slot.
1. 25% Initial Payment: Due after completing your registration and must be made no later
than the end of March 2025 to secure your slot.
2. 50% Confirmation Payment: This payment is due by the end of June 2025 to confirm
your reservation.
3. 25% Final Payment: The final installment is due by the end of August 2025.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Gravity Junky Skydive Cancellation:
• Event Cancellation:
o Before Participant Arrival: 100% refund of the paid amount.
o After Participant Arrival: 80% refund of the paid amount.
• Jump Cancellation:
o Due to weather or circumstances beyond Gravity Junky Skydive's control: A jump
reschedule will be arranged for the following day.
o Due to insufficient participants for a full load: 100% refund of the jump cost.
Participant Cancellation:
• Before June 1st, 2025: 100% refund of the paid amount.
• Within June 2025: The 25% initial payment is non-refundable; any other paid amount
will be refunded.
• Within July 2025: 50% of the total required amount is non-refundable; any other paid
amount will be refunded.
• Within August 2025: 75% of the total required amount is non-refundable; any other paid
amount will be refunded.
• Starting September 1st, 2025: No refunds will be issued.
7. Waiver and Liability:
Participants must sign a liability waiver prior to the event. Skydiving carries inherent risks, and
by signing the waiver, participants acknowledge their understanding of these risks.
8. Force Majeure:
Neither Gravity Junky Skydive nor the participant shall be held liable for any failure to perform
any part of this agreement due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to
terrorism, war, political unrest, strikes, riots, civil unrest, acts of civil or military authority,
uprisings, earthquakes, floods, or other natural or man-made events.
